Meet The Team 


Elizabeth opened the Joiner Law Firm, a holistic and relationship-focused law practice, to serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to families and their businesses. Leveraging her entrepreneurial personality, 10+ years in the legal field, and over 18 years of firsthand experience owning and operating small businesses (including a Race Team), she collaborates with business owners to develop innovative, practical solutions for managing the modern workforce, increasing profits, and protecting the business they have worked so hard to build. She also guides her clients through the often confusing maze of financial and legal decisions to create uniquely tailored estate and succession plans designed to ensure the well-being of their loved ones.

    Elizabeth earned her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law , graduating Cum Laude. She also attended the Honourable Society of Gray's Inn in London, England where she studied transnationald ispute resolution and she graduated with her B.A. in Cultural Anthropology (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of West Florida. 

  • About Me

    Elizabeth is  married to her husband Joshua, and she is the mother to Ryan, Jacen and Jayden. When she isn’t serving clients or at the dirt track, Elizabeth spends her time traveling, craft beer tasting, camping, and enjoying the beach. 

Based out of Arizona, Abilene serves clients in the role of Client Services Director. She has over 10 years experience in cross-functional coordination, scheduling and customer service and over 6 years experience in broad-based legal concepts, legal interpretation, legal research and writing and litigation. Like Elizabeth, Abilene is a self-motivated entrepreneur, most recently tackling digital entrepreneurship as co-founder to the successful startup company BladesWork Unlimited.

    Abilene earned her B.A. in English with a minor in Pre-Law Studies from Southeastern University. She has also attended Yale University, studying Argument and Analysis writing and she studied abroad for a semester in Israel.

    Abilene and her husband Christian have a full house with three beautiful daughters and two fur babies. 

Joshua leverages his extensive experience in the motorsports industry to support racers, race promoters, and motorsports businesses with their diverse business needs. Inspired by his early experiences growing up in a grassroots racing family, Joshua has dedicated his life to motorsports. His deep passion for the industry drives his commitment to fostering growth and success at all levels of racing. Joshua began his career in motorsports as a journalist covering everything from dirt track racing to NASCAR before transitioning to event operations and management. He now owns and operates his own motorsports businesses, including a race team, a racing series, and a live streaming platform.

    Joshua earned his  B.A. in Communications from the University of West Florida and studied in the Integrated Marketing Communications masters program at the University of Florida.

  • About Me

    When not at a racetrack, Joshua enjoys spending time with his wife Elizabeth and their children Ryan, Jacen and Jayden. The family travels often in their RV, visiting campgrounds across the country. Joshua also enjoys sports, particularly Florida Gators Football and international soccer.

Client Service Director


We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented and socially intelligent Client Services Director who is passionate about estate planning, business entrepreneurship, and legacy preservation. While a legal background is helpful, we value talent and transferable skills. We are committed to investing in training and coaching you might need to be successful at our firm

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in client engagement, loves building meaningful relationships, and is dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients at every step of their journey. The ideal candidate will bring a keen attention to detail, a proactive and creative approach to process management, and a deep commitment to serving our community.

  • Key Responsibilities

    Client Engagement & Relationship Management

    Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met with exceptional service. Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.


    Community Outreach Support

    Join our lawyer out in the community, set up speaking engagements, and identify expos and networking events for us to attend, exhibit and speak at. Follow-up with leads and nurture our relationship with prospective and current clients.

      

    Estate Planning & Legacy Preservation Support

    Leverage your knowledge and passion for estate planning and legacy preservation to help clients understand the importance of their decisions and guide them through the planning process.


    Entrepreneurial Mindset

    Collaborate with business entrepreneurs to support their specific estate and legacy planning needs, implementing tailored attorney-drafted solutions that align with both their personal and business goals.


    Attention to Detail

    Ensure that all client documentation, communication, and records are accurate, organized, and up to date. Thoroughly review client files to ensure all legal and planning aspects are addressed.


    Calendar & Schedule Organization

    Manage the executive calendar, coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups, ensuring all client and internal deadlines are met and there is smooth communication across teams.


    Team Collaboration & Leadership

    Work closely with our team to ensure cohesive client service delivery, assisting in internal projects and ensuring client expectations are always exceeded.


    Administrative Support

    Assist with client onboarding, document preparation, and ongoing administrative support as necessary.

  • Qualifications

    ●  Experience: 3+ years in client service or account management, preferably in estate planning, wealth management, or related fields.


    ●  Entrepreneurial Spirit: Experience working with business owners and entrepreneurs is highly valued, particularly those focused on long-term growth and family legacy.


    ●  Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to clients in an engaging and accessible manner.


    ●  Attention to Detail: Highly organized with an acute attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and scheduling.


    ●  Client-Centric Mindset: A proactive, customer-focused approach with a proven ability to create positive client experiences.


    ●  Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management, calendar organization, and multitasking abilities.


    ●  Positive, Enthusiastic Attitude: A self-motivated, enthusiastic team player who thrives in a dynamic and client-centered environment.


    ●  Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, pre-law, or a related field is preferred, but not required.


    ●  Technology Skills: Experience with Google Workspace, Lawmatics, WealthCounsel, Legacy Architect, and Thryv a plus. 

  • Location and Hours

    This is a hybrid position and will require you to work both in-office (Pace, Florida) and in a remote environment. 

    We are open from 9am - 5pm, Monday through Thursday, and 9am - 3:30pm on Fridays, and you will be expected to work the bulk of your hours within that time frame. 


    Occasionally, you will also help with community outreach events in the evening or on a weekend.

How to Find Us


Our physical office is located at 4628 Summerdale Blvd, Unit B, off Highway 90 in Pace, Florida. Our office is directly off Summerdale Blvd, so do not go into the professional plaza when you arrive (you won't find us! We face the road). Also, because our office space is inside the Reeder Financial Group, when you arrive, look for "Reeder Financial Group" on the door. We work both virtually and in-office, so we are not always in the office. Meetings are by appointment only.


We also serve legal clients virtually throughout Florida and business consulting clients virtually across the USA.
